The Emperor-Star Wars

"Come, boy, see for yourself. From here, you will witness the final destruction of the Alliance and the end of your insignificant rebellion". (Kylie is the "Smiling Emperor" from Star Wars!) On another note Kylie loves to dress up in Mommy's clothes so I thought this was really cute when she put my coat on. What a ham!!

AAAAHHH!

Kylie took this picture and it turned out really good! Maybe I have a future Annie Leibovitz!

It's Cracker Time!!

Since Sophia turned 6 months we have been able to start some table foods. At her six month appointment she weighed 17 lbs. and 6 oz. (50% to 75% percentile) and was 27 1/4 in. tall (upper 97% percentile). She had her first cracker a few weeks ago and she loved it! Scroll from the bottom to the top to see it from beginning to end. She also tried mashed potatoes at Nana Pete's house last Saturday and she was like "holy cow, where have these been for the last 6 1/2 months"!!
This is so cool! I can eat it!

Can I eat it?

What is this?

The Exhibitionist!

So after about 10 shots of Sophia in the bathtub I finally got a g-rated picture. Everytime I went to take the picture she would pull the washcloth off! She is also sporting the "soapy faux hawk".

Kylie's Doggie Ears

Anyone who knows my sweet baby knows she has fantastic hair but will never let me do anything with it so this is like a big deal! Kylie only let me put her hair in doggie ears because I told her she could shake them like Gracie does....sooooo, here she is "shaking her doggie ears"!! On another note, the doggie ears lasted right up until we were getting into the car to go to church!!

Sophia holding her bottle.

Not only did she get her shots that day but she held her bottle for the first time on March 2nd! Mommy & Daddy are so proud! She has held it a few more times since then but prefers to have it held for her. She's such a princess!

Sick Baby

Okay, it has been a rough time in the Hunt Household. Hopefully I will do better with my blog. We were all sick about a month ago and poor, poor Sophia ended up getting it last. She was miserable. This is how we basically had to sleep for a few days. What a great Daddy she has. Thankfully we are all on the mend. Unfortunately my poor Sopapilla has been blessed with "Mommy's Allergies"!
